目的 / Purpose根据长安福特车主手册的规定,车辆的保修期通常为3年/10万公里(以先到为准),因此,在车主爱车质保到期前,务必邀请车主回厂做一次全面的车辆检查,确保日后用车的安全According to the New Car Owner Manual of CAF, usually the warranty period is for 3-year or 100,000km (whichever occurs first). Therefore, make sure to invite the car owner back for the overall check before the warranty runs out, so as to ensure the safety of car driving in the future. 。
此举措,不但能增强车主与品牌的粘性,也为4S店售后部门向车主展现专业技能提供了很好的机会This action can not only strengthen the tie between the car owner and the brand, but also to offer the car owner a chance to experience the professional work of the workshop.。
方法 / Method在DMS系统使用的最初期,需要在系统管理中设置基础参数,如保修结束里程/天数,作为日后的提醒项;At the very beginning of applying DMS system, basic configuration such as ‘Mileage/Day of Warranty Run-Out’ should be set for the future reminding tip;
然后,在“客户管理”中打开“保修到期提醒”,输入销售日期、保修开始日期、保修结束日期(这里,默认销售日期与保修开始日期一致);根据QC执行手册,建议保修到期前30天开始联系车主做保修到期提醒;Then, open ‘Reminding of Warranty Run-Out’ in ‘Customer Management’ to input date of sales/ warranty starts / warranty ends. (Here, date of sales aligns with the warranty starts) ;According to the QC Guidebook, it suggests the reminding call for warranty run-out should be made 30 days in advance;
找到需要提醒的车辆信息后,在致电车主前要先查阅车辆的维修历史、建议维修、投诉历史等信息,以便对车辆有大概的了解后方才开始提醒工作;After locating the car info, repair history, repair suggestion and complaint history should be checked to get a fast understanding of the car before the call is made;
在致电车主过程中,需了解车主目前车辆的使用情况,并核对车主与车辆的基本信息如车主有需要,DCRC专员当场在DMS中为车主预约保修到期提醒的进厂During the calling, not only the car’s current status should be known, but also to verify the info of car owner and car. If the car owner would like to go for the service, an appointment can be made on spot in DMS system with the help of the DCRC specialist;。
